Format
Allen Carr's Easyway seminars are held in groups and last around five hours. Attendees are welcome to smoke during the five scheduled smoking breaks up until the ritual 'final cigarette'. The smoking breaks add about an hour to the length of the seminar.

Private Sessions
In special circumstances we offer private one-on-one sessions with our top therapist throughout the region. Since private sessions take the same amount of time as group sessions, they are far more expensive to the individual than attending a group session. The cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the therapist’s availability and will include travel and hotel expenses where incurred. Corporate Sessions
